It occurs to me that organizations are formed by people to connect their geopolitical worlds to the geobiological worlds in order to take care of opportunities and problems. These organizations can be diagrammed as the action taking (processes) that connects groups of people and the world. I use Dave Snowden's Cynefin framework as an iconic way to denote and to approach messy problems.
