Whisp: I think that Russell Ackoff's famous comment: "Doing the wrong thing righter, is wronger," is one of the most important insights to share. His example was Toyota, the iconic example of doing things right--but they were making cars that need roads that negatively alter communities and create CO2 that results in global warming.
I love the things that Toyota learned and shared about how to do things right. It is our job not to misapply that knowledge. We must strive for Wisdom in Action.
