SEE THE SYSTEMS is our foundational program. It enables neighborhoods to visualize the system and subsystems that they already are. This visualization enables shared decision making and shared changes. The other programs are to support the skills needed for cooperative decision making and continuous strengthening and relocalization of most of our working and playing and living.

Each program may benefit from configuring the ReLocalize Creativity temple structure for each of the particular Programs. The name of the foundation will change from Creativity to the name of program focus. E.g. ReLocalize Governing and ReLocalize Education.
