It occurs to me that if a neighborhood could agree to publish mostly peer written (as opposed to peer reviewed) FedWiki articles the articles would be more understandable, more civil, more relevant.
At the very least the FedWiki programmers could enable a visual icon that indicates that a page is peer written as well as indicating who the two authors are.
If a neighborhood could ever organize its innovating into self-creating pods of 5-7 people, working together, thinking together, and publishing together, much of the conflict and confusion so evident in our neighborhoods and in social media could be prevented prior to publication.
In some way this would implement what I have called Slow Syntegration and Persistent Syntegrating
