In the FedWiki, a completely voluntary space, results are first revealed when a gift is being given. The work, the value production, is usually based upon a previous understanding of a need and its potential usefulness. Interestingly commitments are not needed here!!! This is very different from commitment based management which is seen to be useful in business and other institutional settings.
